Each fabric has their own unique feel and benefits. What suits you, depends on your preference.
Comfort® Series uses a removable custom-made cover featuring bamboo fabric with a silky touch and colourfast look. Mostly renowned for its remarkable anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties.
Benefits:
- Supremely soft: naturally silky smooth and feathery soft texture, often described as feeling like cashmere.
- Hypoallergenic: perfect for sensitive skin. The bamboo fiber itself is naturally round and smooth without any chemical treatment. This means that there are no sharp spurs to irritate the skin.
- Antibacterial: due to an antimicrobial bio-agent called “bamboo kun” which is found naturally in the fibre. This “kun” makes bamboo a naturally antibacterial, anti-fungal and odour resistant fibre.
- Durable: strong and resilient, more wrinkle resistant, less ironing.
- Breathable: wicks away night sweats and leaves your skin feeling cool.
- Thermo-regulating: can be used all year around, they keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
- Eco-friendly: bamboo is a renewable and sustainable resource. A fast growing plant that requires minimal water to flourish. In addition, pesticides or fertilisers are not used in the growing of bamboo as is it is seldom eaten by insects or infected by pathogens.
Dreamer® Series uses two layers of stretch-knit organic cotton fabric, woven together for extra softness for the most luxurious feel and looks.

- Healthy: great for people with allergies or sensitive to chemicals
- Durable: very elastic and flexible, so it lasts even longer
- Breathable: the fabric have in built-holes to allow to promote circulation of air
- Eco-friendly: organic cotton is grown under safe and sustainable practice. Unlike conventional cotton, which uses toxic pesticides or fertilisers which are absorbed by the plant and surrounding environment.
Why choose natural fabrics?
There’s no point of having a natural product wrapped in a synthetic material. It just goes against our mantra of creating a natural mattress and helping customers getting a truly healthy and safe, chemical-free sleep.
So we use natural fabrics which are light, breathable and durable, providing a layer of luxury in terms of comfort and protection. Natural fabrics provides a better advantage over synthetic materials (e.g.polyester, ozone, acrylic, nylon, rayon, acetate, spandex) in terms of being:
- More safer and healthier – less toxic chemicals used as there is less processing involved, reducing the risk of exposure to questionable materials being inhaled or absorbed as you sleep.
- More comfortable – natural fabrics help regulate body temperature, allowing you to stays cool in summer and warm in winter.
- More breathable – natural fabrics allows better air ventilation to remove heat and moisture.
- More eco-friendly – natural fabrics are renewable, recyclable and biodegradable. Unlike synthetic fabrics that are often sourced from non-renewable petrochemicals, require lots of processing, and take years to break down.
Though natural fabrics do come at a higher price tag, the health benefits outweighs the costs in allowing you to get a healthy, chemical-free sleep, night after night. Now thats something you can’t put a price on.

- All Zaanta® mattress have a primary cover – a hand-stitched, non-removable light, organic cotton cover to protect the natural latex core from wear and tear, and from sunlight which can cause our organic latex to biodegrade.
- As with most natural fabrics, they may shrink to a degree with the heat of washing and drying. Customers are recommended to follow our Zaanta® Care Instructions Manual that we send with all our sleep products.
- We expect your mattress may go through some unexpected accidents over the years. So if your mattress cover gets damaged or ruin, you can purchase replacement mattress covers (available in all our standard mattress sizes).
